2008 Medical Records Fees Update Now Available

The Ohio Department of Health yesterday uploaded the revised edition of their cost determination associated with providing medical records in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 3701.742. A full-page detail of amended charges is available now to download from the ODH site at www.odh.state.oh.us  and will be available to members in the March/April Northern Ohio Physician as well as the upcoming quarterly newsletter, Practice Management Matters. The changes reflect a 5.74 index point change from 2007 rates, or an increase of 2.8 percent.
