In accordance with Article VIII the Board of Directors voted on November 11, 2003, to make amendments to the Academy of Medicine of Cleveland/Northern Ohio Medical Association Constitution and Bylaws. In accordance with Article IX Amendments Section 1, of the AMC/NOMA Bylaws, these proposed amendments are being publicized to the membership 30 days prior to the vote.
